“Melalui program CKG ini, diharapkan agar pegawai semakin sadar terhadap pentingnya pemeriksaan dini, sehingga kualitas kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia akan meningkat dan mengurangi beban penyakit yang seharusnya bisa dicegah.

Dalam pelaksanaannya, rangkaian pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh petugas berupa proses pendaftaran peserta, pengisian skrining mandiri yang meliputi skrining perilaku merokok, aktifitas fisik, Tuberculosis, kesehatan jiwa, pemeriksaan fisik meliputi pengukuran Tinggi Badan, Berat Badan, Lingkar Perut, dan Tekanan darah. Pemeriksaan Gula Darah Sewaktu, pemeriksaan mata, telinga. Wawancara faktor resiko Penyakit Paru Obstruktif dengan menggunakan skor PUMA bagi yang berusia lebih dari 40 tahun, dan wawancara faktor risiko kanker paru bagi laki-laki berusia lebih dari 45 tahun. Selanjutnya apabila diperlukan, peserta akan dirujuk ke Puskesmas untuk tatalaksana / pemeriksaan lanjutan, peserta juga mendapatkan layanan konsultasi kesehatan dengan dokter umum. Melalui sesi konsultasi ini, peserta dapat memperoleh penjelasan mengenai hasil pemeriksaan serta mendapatkan edukasi kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing individu.
Kegiatan Cek Kesehatan Gratis Berbasis Komunitas ini merupakan langkah strategis dalam mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang sehat, produktif, dan berkelanjutan. CKG menjadi bagian penting dari transformasi layanan kesehatan nasional yang lebih preventif, merata, dan berkelanjutan.
]]>Perhatian terhadap Penyakit Tidak Menular semakin hari semakin meningkat karena semakin meningkatnya frekuensi kejadiannya di masyarakat. Peningkatan pendapatan perkapita dan perubahan gaya hidup terutama di kota-kota besar menyebabkan peningkatan prevalensi penyakit degeneratif seperti Penyakit Jantung Koroner, Hipertensi, Hiperlipidemia, Diabetes Mellitus dan lain – lain. Faktor resiko PTM antara lain kurang aktivitas fisik, diet yang tidak sehat dan tidak seimbang, merokok, konsumsi alkohol, obesitas, hiperglikemia, hipertensi dan hiperkolesterol yang sebenarnya bisa dicegah dengan GERMAS. Mengingat perubahan gaya hidup dan prevalensi faktor risiko PTM cenderung meningkat di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kacang Pedang sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan angka kesakitan, kecacatan dan kematian akibat PTM.
Oleh karena itu dalam upaya memaksimalkan Promosi Kesehatan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Tidak Menular, UPTD Puskesmas Kacang Pedang membuat Inovasi SATAM PAK SOMAD merupakan bentuk inovasi daerah dengan Inisiator Erniati, A.Md.Kep sebagai penanggungjawab program Pengendalian Penyakit Tidak Menular.
Adapun tujuan dibentuknya Inovasi Satam Pak Somad ini Terlaksananya pencegahan dan pengendalian faktor resiko PTM berupa deteksi dini faktor resiko PTM, monitoring faktor resiko PTM dan tindak lanjut dini. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat (khususnya laki-laki) berusia 15 s/d 59 tahun yang memiliki atau tidak memiliki faktor resiko penyakit tidak menular (PTM). Kegiatan ini dilakukan di masjid wilayah kerja Puskesmas yang mengadakan sholat jumat, antara lain masjid Oemar Bakrie, Kemas Adil, Al Aziz dan Asy-Syukur.

Kegiatan Inovasi Satam Pak Somad dilaksanakan 4 kali dalam satu tahun di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kacang Pedang meliputi pemeriksaan status gizi PTM dengan melakukan penimbangan berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar perut, IMT, tekanan darah serta pemeriksaan gula darah (GDS). Selain pemeriksaan kesehatan juga dilaksanakan konsultasi kesehatan untuk memberikan konseling tentang penyakit yang diderita. Dari hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan, penderita yang perlu pengobatan akan dilakukan rujukan ke puskesmas.

Efektif dan efisiensinya penyelengaraan SATAM PAK SOMAD memerlukan dukungan baik dari penentu kebijakan, fasilitas dari pengelola program kesehatan maupun pembinaan kesinambungan dari pembina multi sektor maupun kelompok masyarakat potensial termasuk organisasi sosial masyarakat yang tentunya dengan memperhatikan masalah dan potensi spesifik lokal..
Puskesmas Kacang Pedang sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama memiliki peran strategis dalam menjamin terpenuhinya pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi seluruh kelompok sasaran, termasuk lansia. Selama ini, pelayanan kesehatan lansia telah dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan Posyandu dan pelayanan rutin di Puskesmas. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih dijumpai berbagai kendala, antara lain rendahnya kunjungan lansia ke fasilitas kesehatan, keterbatasan mobilitas lansia, serta belum optimalnya pemantauan kesehatan dan kondisi psikososial secara berkelanjutan. Pola pelayanan yang cenderung menunggu kedatangan sasaran menyebabkan sebagian lansia, khususnya yang berisiko tinggi, tidak terjangkau secara optimal.

Melalui inovasi ini, Puskesmas Kacang Pedang berkomitmen mendukung pencapaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal, pelaksanaan Transformasi Layanan Primer, serta mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan lansia yang inklusif, berkeadilan, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat khususnya bagi lansia.
Inovasi SAHABAT LANSIA merupakan bentuk inovasi daerah dengan Inisiator Yulaikah, Am.Keb sebagai penanggungjawab program Kesehatan Lansia. Inovasi ini dilakukan uji coba 3 bulan yaitu pada bulan Oktober – Desember 2024, selanjutnya diterapkan di UPTD Puskesmas Kacang Pedang pada bulan Januari 2025 hingga sekarang. Hasil dari Inovasi ini adalah Berdasarkan Data Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Lansia di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kacang Pedang berjumlah 1.127 mendapatkan skrining kesehatan sesuai standard 100 % dari jumlah lansia.
